To submit a report, you must be aware that to be admissible your report must be serious and factual.
Your report is a serious undertaking and may have implications for the persons concerned.
For your enlightened information, the admissibility of the report will be assessed on the basis of the following points:
- does the report describe a harmful situation?
- Is the situation described sufficiently serious?
- Does the report include any documentation (photo, document, video, etc.)?
- Is the report made in good faith?
In order to respect confidentiality and your legitimate rights, all reports will be subject to rigorous analysis and a detailed internal audit.
Only the members responsible for processing reports will have access to the information you submit.
